- 28lb Standard Paper option includes BLANK white sheets

- 65lb Cardstock Paper option includes BLANK black, cream, or white sheets (recommended for use with photos)

*Wood color and grain will vary naturally from the example photo. Wooden covers are coated with a lacquer finish to prevent scratches and to provide a water-resistant coating.

1. Screw Color- Silver, Gold, Black, or Copper

2. Fabric Binding Color

3. Your TEXT to be engraved

Line 1- Will say "Our Little Rainbow" unless specified otherwise

Line 2- Name

Line 3- Birth Date, Weight, Length, etc.

4. Cardstock Paper Color (if purchased)- Black, Cream, or White
